Introduction

This document outlines how we handle GDPR requests. This is NOT a Privacy Policy, which can be found here:

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an EU law governing data protection and privacy. We do not have reliable means of verifying whether you reside in a jurisdiction where GDPR applies. Therefore, we will honour any GDPR request regardless of your geographical location.

Right To Access

Right To Access requests can be made by contacting us: [email protected]

We will reply promptly, and well within the required timeframe. Our reply will include an attachment consisting of a compressed (zip) file with PDFs for each database and a HTML documentation page.

Right To Be Forgotten

StudentHub (hub.bloxademy.com)

There is no manual account deletion feature at this time. To request deletion, contact us at the email address mentioned above.

Note that we maintain a database for your main account (if you create one). We also record information linked to your Trafft student number, regardless of whether you have a StudentHub account.

Booking Portal (book.bloxademy.com)

You can find a "Delete My Account" button in the account settings page.

Note that this will cancel any upcoming bookings.

Deleting your booking portal/Trafft account has no direct effect on your StudentHub account.

• All GDPR-related communications must originate from the email address registered in our systems; requests submitted from unverified or alternative addresses cannot be processed in accordance with our data verification protocols.
• Third-party platforms utilized in the course of educational services, including but not limited to Discord and Google Workspace products, fall under separate data governance frameworks. Requests pertaining to data access or erasure on such platforms must be submitted directly to the respective platform providers, as we operate solely in a consumer capacity and do not exercise administrative control over their data infrastructure.
• The execution of data deletion requests results in irreversible and permanent removal of all associated records from our systems, with no provision for subsequent data recovery or restoration.
• We reserve the right to decline any request where compliance would materially impair our capacity to discharge contractual, legal, or fiduciary obligations to the requesting party or to third parties with legitimate interests in the preservation of such data.
