Tutor Enrollment Agreement

This Tutor Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Bloxademy (“Bloxademy,” “we,” or “us”) and the undersigned Tutor (“Tutor” or “you”).

This Agreement becomes binding upon submission of the Tutor Enrollment Form and shall remain binding notwithstanding any later termination or resignation of the Tutor’s position with Bloxademy.

I. Lessons and Payments

I.i Lesson Allocation

Bloxademy shall make reasonable efforts to connect you with clients seeking tutoring services. When a client books a lesson, Bloxademy shall notify you and such lesson shall be scheduled in your calendar.

I.ii Lesson Delivery

  1. You must attend lessons punctually.
  2. If you are late, you must extend the session by the amount of time lost, up to a maximum of one (1) hour.
  3. Any lesson time provided in excess of one (1) hour shall not affect payment.
  4. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you must provide reasonable notice so that Bloxademy may reschedule without inconvenience to the client.

I.iii Payments

  1. Bloxademy maintains a detailed Lesson Payments page, which is made available to all tutors upon enrollment and is accessible upon request at any time.
  2. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the payment structure and processes outlined in the Lesson Payments page.
  3. Payment amounts are calculated as a proportion of the net revenue received by Bloxademy after transaction and platform fees. For example, while a Single lesson may be priced at £15.00 to the client, Bloxademy may receive approximately £14.42 after fees. The tutor payment (e.g., £10.00 for that lesson type) is calculated as a ratio of the actual net amount received, not the gross price.
  4. After each lesson, a lesson payment request is created.
  5. These requests will be reviewed and switched to 'ready' if everything is correct, with all relevant details attached.
  6. Requests will be denied if there is an issue or duties have not been completed properly.
  7. Once every 2 weeks (approximately), all lesson payment requests at 'ready' will be consolidated into a payslip.
